The site is live, and what is under it

nichepartner.io is live. It says one thing: you run the business, we run the system. Five sections — what we do, the same product two ways, why it matters, how we split it, and how to start.

There are no partner logos on it, no case studies and no numbers, because there are no live partners yet. A page full of proof we have not earned would be the fastest way to lose the first person who reads it carefully. When there is a partner, that section gets written and it becomes the most important part of the site. Until then it is empty on purpose.

Underneath the site, two pieces of work matter more than the site itself.

The first is how a partner comes to exist in the system at all. Until now, everything that made one of our businesses distinct — its niche, its angle, who it talks to, how it sounds — was spread across files that had to be copied to make a new one. Copying is how two things drift apart while both look correct. So that has been pulled into a single row: one place that holds what a business is, with the mechanics of each channel kept separately. The test it has to pass is deliberately blunt — add a new business without copying a single file. That is designed and being built against, not finished.

It is worth saying why that is not housekeeping. The whole offer rests on it. We can only run the system for you at a sensible price because it is one system, built once, and every partner runs on the same one. The moment adding a partner means duplicating the machinery, that stops being true and we are just an agency with extra steps.

The second is our own publishing. Our content system was five separate lanes that wrote and scheduled in one motion, which meant editing anything risked deleting posts that were already queued and live. It is now three lanes with writing and scheduling split apart, a review gate in the middle, and a check that will stop a weak post before a human ever sees it. Testing it against the live system found three bugs, which is the point of testing against the live system.

We also stopped a recurring failure where a post could not go out because no image existed for it. The card is now drawn by code from the post itself, so a missing picture can no longer block a week's publishing.

That last paragraph is a small thing about a graphic, and it is exactly what we mean by running the system. Our own content team hit that wall on our own budget, and fixed it here, so it is not a wall a partner ever meets.

This is the kind of post that will appear every week. Not because the news is thrilling, but because what is actually being built is the only claim we can make honestly right now, and it is checkable.
